Albert Gate Court, Knightsbridge
A considered composition of architecture, interiors and art.
Overlooking Hyde Park, this private residence was transformed through a close collaboration between Brecons and the homeowner, bringing construction, interior design and procurement together as one carefully considered scheme.
Substantial structural works, new electrical and plumbing installations, underfloor heating and installation of a new plant room were carried out alongside carpentry, plastering, flooring, bespoke joinery and full decoration.
The architectural language is deliberately restrained. Softly rounded corners, shadow-gap detailing and crisp white interiors create a calm backdrop for the sculptured kitchen, furniture and the art collection.
Brecons’ involvement extended beyond the built fabric. Furniture, decorative pieces and artwork were carefully curated by our team to complement the architecture and create a cohesive interior, with each element considered as part of the overall composition.
The result is a residence where architecture, craftsmanship and interiors are closely woven together, shaped through an ongoing dialogue with the client and delivered by Brecons from the first design decisions to the final finishing touch.
