Eaton Mansions, Cadogan Square
Completed
Space, flow and the art of living well.
The generous scale of this five-bedroom flat provided the starting point for a more contemporary interpretation of life within a late Victorian London residence.
New kitchen and bathrooms, bespoke joinery and fitted storage as well as new finishes were introduced alongside upgrades to the existing services and architectural elements. The relationship between the principal rooms, bedrooms and supporting spaces was carefully reconsidered to improve both flow and functionality.
High ceilings and period features remain central to the character of the home, complemented by contemporary detailing, refined materials and a more effortless way of living.
