Set beside Wimbledon Park, this private residence was transformed through a complete Design & Build refurbishment and a two-storey rear extension, creating a more generous and connected home.

At the heart of the design is the relationship between the living spaces and the vista to Wimbledon Park through the garden. Full-width patio doors open the rear elevation to the landscape, drawing daylight deep into the house and creating a natural sense of movement between inside and out.

The extension was conceived as a seamless continuation of the original property, with carefully considered proportions and detailing allowing old and new to sit comfortably together. Above, a green flat roof softens the new volume within its leafy surroundings, giving the extension a quiet connection to the landscape beyond.

The result is a home that feels open, light and naturally connected, where architecture, landscape and everyday living flow together as one.
