Five floors, seven months, one completely transformed home.

Approximately 520 sqm of existing residential space was reconfigured from top to bottom, creating a contemporary home shaped around modern living and sophisticated technology.

Delivered by Brecons in just seven months, the project demanded an exceptionally disciplined programme and close coordination across every stage of the build.

The transformation included integrated smart-home systems, solar panels, fully marble-clad bathrooms, bespoke furniture and joinery, and a dedicated sauna and wellness room.

At its centre, a new lift required the existing staircase to be completely rebuilt and carefully integrated into the architectural layout, one of many interventions that demanded exceptional coordination.

The result is a residence where architecture, technology and craftsmanship come together across five floors.
