Building Safety & Regulatory Coordination
For projects that fall within the Higher-Risk Building regime, we coordinate the information, design documentation and processes required for applications to the Building Safety Regulator. Working closely with the appointed consultants, statutory dutyholders and wider project team, we help coordinate the requirements associated with the Gateway Process, ensuring that design, compliance and construction information is properly developed, coordinated and presented at the appropriate stage.
